Citizen Advisory – The City of Deer Park’s water production and pressures are operating at normal levels and not expected to fall. Loss of water pressure or having no water is likely a result of frozen pipes in your home or business and not an issue with water in the City’s main line. If you suspect the water connection to be frozen at your home or business, try thawing the connection outside.
If you require assistance with shutting off the water to your home or business, please call the non-emergency line at (281) 479-1511.
