Responsibilities

This department is responsible for providing emergency medical services for the sick and injured within the City of Deer Park. This department has a staff of eight full-time medics who provide service 24/7. The department also receives services from medics who are members of the Deer Park Volunteer Fire Department and also respond as needed 24/7.

The department provides prompt medical treatment and ambulance transportation for the seriously ill or injured that require immediate hospital care or medical attention while en route to the hospital.
