Flood Insurance Rate Maps

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) issues the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs). The FIRM is the official map of a community on which FEMA has delineated both the special hazard areas and the risk premium zones applicable for each community. These FIRM maps show what flood zone your property is located in.
